Volunteer with Selamta

Selamta’s volunteers are highly motivated to create lasting change in Ethiopia, a society torn apart by HIV/AIDS, other diseases and abject poverty.  Our volunteers demonstrate a passion for social justice and advocacy. They learn about the causes of global poverty and work hard to raise awareness of the orphan crisis across sub-Saharan Africa. Our volunteers are committed to working toward a solution to the global problem of HIV/AIDS, the disintegration of traditional family and the marginalization of orphaned, vulnerable children and displaced women.
